FRESHBOXWEB - Cancellation and Refund
- If you cancel/Fail to comply any pre-booked personally/telephonic appointment of freshbox in the scheduled time, The appointment will be marked as completed and you will have to book a new appointment to avail the consultation again and no refund for the amount will be awarded
- Personal/telephonic appointment can be reschedule once only upto 48 hours prior to the schedule appointment with the valid reason only. The amount paid for the prior appointment will be adjusted in the same. Rescheduling of new date/time accepted as per the availability
- Cancer Patients are reviewed for free of cost as part of our charity program
- Once the service is rendered for the appointment booked, the payment will not in refund in any circumstances
- Please take care of schedule timing strictly. If you are late more than 15 minutes then this will be treated as completed service and no refund will be there.
- If we cancel any appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, you will have the choice to reschedule or you may get your money refunded. (third party commission i.e. payment gateway charges will not be refunded)
- If you cancel an order of the book, there will no any refund.
- If you cancel an order due to a long waiting period of waiting more than the committed timeline of our delivery or non-availability of stock, the entire payment would be refunded back to the customer in 15 business days from the date of cancellation request, provided that the shipment has not been dispatched.
